We are on a mission to heal the land and heal the people! We create fresh pressed, premium elderberry juice from berry to bottle. Farming the land, processing the berries, and bringing them to you! We own and operate the entire supply chain ensuring quality, consistency, and natural wellness you can trust.
From humble family farm beginnings we are growing into a regional producer and supplier of elderberry juice. We distribute the juice directly to our customers, cafes, wineries, and more! Our processing center is licensed and inspected to guarantee top-tier quality and safety.

To profitably and sustainably develop a robust elderberry supply chain in the upper midwest. To meet the growing demand with local supply of value added elderberry products.
Vision
We envision a local elderberry economy where we can support ourselves and neighbors with living wages, locally grown wellness support, and a healthy way of life. Our goal is to establish 25 acres of elderberry plantings in the upper midwest centered around our hub on Half Moon Farm. Our hub will facilitate value adding, storage, logistics, and distribution of the elderberry products. We envision this hub to facilitate the growth and emergence of this elderberry supply chain in the upper midwest.

We focus on regenerative growing practices that build soil and habitat, providing elderberry wellness to our local communities, and ensuring fair labor practices and alignment with equity and justice. We believe that central to healing the land is to heal the people.
Half Moon Farm
Our 250 acre family owned farm is where we grow and process our elderberries! Our farm is home to 4 acres of elderberries and our processing hub. We LOVE the diversity of our farm, 60 acres of lush pasture where we rotationally graze black and red angus beef cattle, 20 acres of prairie, and 150+ acres of woods and bog. The farm is home to a diverse array of people, plants, animals, and fungi that we love dearly. Truly couldn’t do any of this without them!
