What is your return policy?

If your product arrived damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately via email at info@halfmoonelderberry.com or contact the shipping agent directly.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return unopened products only, within 7 days of receiving them. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will try to refund orders within 30 days of receiving them to the original payment method. To start a refund, please email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Emails should be sent to info@halfmoonelderberry.com within 7 days of receiving your items.
How much elderberry should I consume?

What do you mean by Healthy Land Healthy People?
Our recommendation is to consume 1 TBSP after eating a meal. Start once a day and see how you feel. We like to take a few days off to let our immune system rest, then consume for a week. Listen to your body!
Can children consume elderberry?

Yes absolutely! #2 applies to children.
Great question! We believe in the interconnectedness of all life. The health of the environments we live in having a direct role in the health of our body. Elderberry as a plant does important work to improve the health of both land and body. On the land, the perennial roots sequester carbon and build top soil. In our body the natural plant compounds do amazing work of protecting our cells from inflammation and oxidative stress, supporting bodies immune response and our ability to meet our needs of a healthy life.
