Half Moon Farm
Our 250-acre family-owned farm in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin is home to 4 acres of elderberries and our processing hub — alongside 60 acres of pasture, 20 acres of prairie, and 150+ acres of woods and bog. A diverse home of people, plants, animals, and fungi that we love dearly.
We are on a mission to heal the land and heal the people. From humble family-farm beginnings, we're growing into a regional producer — distributing fresh-pressed juice directly to our customers, cafes, and wineries. Natural wellness you can trust.

Overall I was 110% satisfied! I’ve had a few elderberry concentrates and juices before, and this truly is by far the best, not bitter, perfectly tart, and just sweet enough. It smells delicious, the bottle is clean and sealed extremely well. I also love the glass bottle because I can reuse it for plant cuttings, even for other drinks as the cap is a screw on (and it’s a good cap too I can shake it after closing it back up and nothing drips out). Honestly I can’t think of any improvements. Overall I will be buying a new bottle when mine gets low!

1. I like that the juice is not sweetened. That means I can add it to other things. Jar/cap are great and reusable.
2. Shipping was efficient. Product was well wrapped and protected. Appreciated protective materials that could be recycled. I think the zine with recipes is fun and well done. Helpful info to include might be how to get the juice stain out from clothes
